A prowler sled with push, pull and drag variations. The sled offers a versatile range of exercises as handles are cambered to provide 2 distance options for the grip, and it’s equipped with an adjustable height push handle. Weight is perfectly placed in the center to provide the best possible consistent resistance and stability while using the sled. Sled is plate-loaded and weighs 15.5 kg when empty. Ideal for Cardio, Strength & conditioning.
The sled is also equipped with flat feet to make it skid-free, however, it is more recommended to use it on grass or artificial turf.
